  • Cut-off times: Orders submitted after our daily cut-off may begin processing the next business day.
  • Weekends & holidays: Orders placed on weekends/holidays begin processing the next business day.

Note: Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

U.S. Shipping & Carriers

We ship to eligible U.S. addresses via trusted carriers. Available options and rates are shown at checkout based on destination, cart contents, and weight.

  • Service options: Economy, Standard, and Expedited (where available).
  • Transit estimates: Economy 3-7 business days; Standard 2-5; Expedited 1-3. Estimates vary by carrier and destination.
  • Tracking: A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.

  • Lost: If tracking does not update for several business days, contact us so we can start a trace with the carrier.

Undeliverable, Refused, or Unclaimed Packages

  • Packages returned as undeliverable, refused at delivery, or unclaimed may be subject to return shipping and restocking fees.

Split Shipments & Back-Orders

  • To avoid delays, we may ship in-stock items first and back-ordered items later at our discretion.
